Early Booking Offers: How long do they last?

Does anyone know how long these offers typically last?

Current offer is 2 days & nights free for Summer 2013, so tempted....

that offer is showing an end date of 31st January - but, as with all the other discount offers, only a certain number of rooms in each hotel attracts the offer, so if the price is right, book as soon as you can .
