Early BOG Reservation

Don't give up! We are going in February and snagged an 8 am BOG a couple of weeks ago, way past our 180 day mark.

I recently had my 180 days and at 6am did the 9th day of my trip at 602 am. there was nothing before 9am on any day of my entire trip. I have heard from other people that they have similar experiences and the conclusion is that there are no pre-rope drop slots available now and they may be changing their hours, or changing the early morning access you need to pay for.

I had no issue getting any other ADR at exactly the time I want(bog lunch and dinner, Ohana dinner)... except BOG which I couldnt get anything with in the first hour. Yes the hours still say 8am for BOG. I even got chefs table at victoria and alberts and there are only 1 of those a night and I got the pick of which day I wanted.

I am trying touring plans to try and get a reservation but no luck.

If you're hoping for a PPO ADR at BOG I'd avoid it because often times MK ends up extending hours and makes your PPO ADR a RD ADR and you miss out on the golden hour when lines aren't long.

And this just happened to us! We have an 8:10am reservation at BOG on 1/2. Just checked and sure enough the park now opens at 8. Well.... I guess my family is going to need to decide between finally getting to see inside the castle or doing rope drop for rides. Ughhhhh

But really that's not at all surprising for that particular date.
I would never have chosen a PPO for the dates surrounding Christmas and New Years.

It was the only reservation for BOG that we could get. I was hoping it wouldn't happen but knew it was a possibility. Now it's official, so whatever we decide it will still be a great vacation.

I tried this morning for a 180+10 BoG reservation and experienced the same thing. Nothing before 9 am. It seems like they're blocking out that first hour. The question is, will it open up, and if so, when?

I had a similar problem at Plaza Restaurant (which I doubt is a highly sought-after ADR). I wanted a 5 pm spot, but there was nothing after 4 pm, even though the place doesn't close until 9:30 pm.
