Early Bird Pass vs. AP

If I buy an early bird pass now at $85.00, can I upgrade it later to an AP if the hotel rates come down?

Also, is the AP rate applicable to the Portofino Suite?

AP rates are valid at all UO onsite resorts. I do believe you can always upgrade any ticket purchased to an AP (just pay the difference)
