Earliest way to get from Polynesian to MK on morning EMH days?

Pretty long walk in the August humidity if you are staying over by the Marina- when a bus should be provided. If busses are provided for values, moderates and deluxes that do not have access to a tiny boat or monorail - and you can not get on said boat or monorail because its too early/shut down for upgrades -- then busses should be provided.

I understand it's complicated if you want to do a pre-rope drop breakfast. But by what time are the monorails running? 9am start time? Is that a safe bet? Or is it actually later than that some days? We're at Poly next week and I absolutely don't want to be on a bus. I don't care about rope drop but I also don't want to wait until 10am. 8:30-9:30am would be fine. Is it safe to assume they are running by that time?

Best info I can find is that latest would be 8:30am on Mondays and Tuesdays for the Resort Monorail loop;
9am for Epcot Monorail on Mondays and Tuesdays.
