Earliest park entrance time for MNSSHP?

1. Sorry if this has been discussed ad nauseam already.

2. Just wondering what time we can get to the park & not have to use a "day". I recall, in past years, it was maybe 4 (?) or 5 (?) pm, but for the life of me I cannot recall.
