Earl of Sandwich - room charge?

I know some of the DTD restaurants are not owned/run by Disney and might not take room charges. One I'd like to try is Earl of Sandwich. Can I charge back to my room there?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of restaurants that don't take room charge?

Since they are on the Disney Dining Plan yes you can charge your meal back to your resort room on your Key To The World card.
