Earl Of Sandwich at DD

HI! I just read in Eyes and Ears, the CM newspaper, that a new sandwich shop will open at DD. I believe within the next year...I think. Has anyone else heard about this?

Yes...and it is taking over the spot of the Gourmet Pantry. One of my favorite places.
