just looking for opinions on what everyone prefers. E-ride nights or the EMH.
well opinions on this how you feel this would work for the summertime hours.

we as a family really enjoyed the E ride nights. we were able to ride each E-ticket ride at the every least 2-3times and many we rode more then that. how often during the day do you get to ride buzz 3 times within a half-hour. we travel in early july so any chance to avoid large crowds is welcome. if there are long lines at various park now for rides and long waits for just getting the free wristbands now, i could just imagine how bad the lines will be in july. even getting to mk at opening you really have to rush just to maybe ride 2 e-tickets without not much of a wait and then rush to the other side of the park to possibly get a shot at the other 2 without much of a wait.

with the addition of EMH i am sure that e-ride nights at MK will be abandonded.

I vote for E-ride! I don't mind paying $13 to go. It was sooooo worth it.

Hands down, E-Night! I'd pay even $20.00 for it. The EMH does not sound very good so far. Can't wait for all the Spring Break reports.

::yes:: We go in July too & always do enights. EMH sounds good but i'm afraid it might be more crowded. On e-nights we never have had to wait long I guess we have been lucky that nothing has been broke down to cause long lines at the other rides. It is so nice to be one of the last ones to walk out of the magic kingdom normally we are one of the last families to leave. One time the van driver had to drive just us and one other family out to the parking lot as we were the last ones. Makes you realize how big those parking lots are when you see your car sitting way out there all by itself.

Hi! We are just back last night from a 5 day trip to WDW. We did the Extra magic evening hours at both MGM (Thurs) and Magic Kingdom (Wed). I found the lines to go on the rides long at both parks. There were a lot of people in the parks, even for this time of year. There were a lot of fellow Louisiana residents escaping Mardi Gras as well as a lot of people from overseas. We started seeing a lot of cheerleader groups at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom starting Friday. Fantasmic was filled before we got to MGM. On some of the rides fast passes were still being honored, others were no. It was very inconsistent. No more fast passes were being given. The lines to get the bracelets were not bad. We did not get them at the gat, I couldn't find this location, my husband said he saw it and the line was long. There are several other locations inside the parks to get the bracelets. The location is listed on the extra magic hour schedule they gave us when we checked in to Old Key West.

We felt we did better on the two early mornings we went to, MGM on Tuesday and Magic Kingdom on Friday. There must be a lot of people staying in the parks later who can't or don't want to get up early the next day. It was very chilly (30's and windy) Friday at Magic Kingdom but there were a lot of people there. Also, various rides were down, Big Thunder for several hours at least, and Space Mountain on and off during the am. I think that contributed to long lines at other rides. We hopped to Animal Kingdom as soon as we could.

One unusual thing, on Saturday morning Magic Kingdom was empty for several hours. It was not as cold as Friday but we saw a notable difference
in the crowd from the prior day. We rode many more rides than on Friday when we got there at 8:00 am, first with walkons and later with fast passes.
We even rode the cars in Tomorrowland about 9:30 and only waited maybe 10 minutes, we were so surprised. Maybe everyone was at Animal Kingdom for early morning there? People started streaming in to Magic Kingdom around 2-3 pm and we left.

I am wondering if it is a better plan to avoid parks with the extra magic hours completely?
