This is really a question for the Rewards Board, so I'm going to move it there.

I've been a eRewards member for several years but I don't think that the program is very good. The rewards are limited and you can lose some of your rewards dollars due to expiration. Most of the rewards will get you $/$$ and are more like coupons than they are rewards. The Blockbuster coupons can only be used one at a time/once per month...and they expire.

I redeem for HHonors Points, which helps a little towards getting a free stay, but you can only redeem for each type of reward once (maybe twice) a year.

The rewards are easy to earn but are not very useful. I redeem for Continental Miles, but you can only redeem a reward for Continental once a year. If you like books or need a specific magazine subscription it can be nice. There are better programs out there, but if you are looking for little extras it is a nice program.

I use e-rewards through Upromise. I should have a cash in soon which will be applied to my school loan. For me, it is great. A few minutes here and there to take some money off my loan. Yippee!

You can actually redeem for Hilton HHonors points every 90 days through eRewards, so I mark every 90 days on my calendar and redeem for another 3,000 points .

I have never had a problem with my rewards expiring. I've only ever redeemed for the Hilton points and one magazine subscription (when it started to get close to expiration).

I like it - it's easy to do and the points add up quickly. I use mine mostly for magazines - I haven't paid for a magazine subscription in years.
