Do DVC members qualify for e nights?
We will be using a hopper not LOS pass.

Yes, anyone staying on WDW property that has a pass for the day can purchase an e-ticket. We've gone to a number of them.

We will be staying at the BCV in February and I noticed that there is an e-night scheduled for the 18th. If someone is visiting us (but not staying in our villa over-night) can we get them tickets to go with us?

Probably not. The CMs that sell the e-night tickets are supposed to ask to see the resort IDs of everyone for whom you are purchasing e-night tickets. However, some are more diligent about this than others.

If you are not already at the max occupancy for your villa, perhaps you can add your friend's name to the reservation and get a resort ID for him/her. You do not have to get charging priviledges on that key and you don't even have to give her/him the key.

I keep looking to see when an E-Night will be. Where do you find out info about when they are?

Here is a site that seems to list the dates of the E-nights. We are going to try going to one of the March ones while we are there.
