We arrive on Tuesday (Enight). My question is: Can we go to Enight without using a day from our Hopperpasses that day?

No. You have to be staying at a WDW resort and have a multiday pass. You can use your pass at MK or another park that day, but if you didn't already use a day, you will have to use it to get into the park for e-night.
