E-Mail Offer Trouble!

I received a discount through my email. :Pinkbounc Couldn't pass it up, so I called to make a reservation. The date I chose were not avaliable for the offer. :sad2: I am flexiable with my dates, so I started picking random dates and days of the week to check in. Sill nothing. Has anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions on how to get the rate?
 
Curious to what dates are not working? And what resort are you not getting your dates at?
 
The offer is for Arpil 17 - July 4. I first tried May 28 - June 1, May 29 - June 2, June 7 - 11, June 22-25, June 27-30.
 

Keep trying. I had a problem with my pin e-mail that I got for October. They didn't have a record of my pin in the system, so they couldn't give me the rate. It took several phone calls, and me faxing the e-mail to them to get the rate.

Don't know if this will help, but whenever we get a discount opportunity, we usually just give the CM the dates we're interested in and they tell me what they have available. Have you tried that?

You have to remember that there are ALOT of folks that will book rooms that they hope to get a discount at (and cancel if they don't). Therefore it shows limited availability at that particular resorts, which actually hurts the opportunity to make a discount available at that resort. (As it's been said before, no need to make a discount available to a resort that is already filled.)

Keep trying, maybe there's a glitch in the computer system, that wouldn't surprise us. good luck.
 
I did ask what dates were available, but they told me that they couldn't tell me. They said I had to just keep giving them dates and they would check to see if it was available for the code.
 
Was there availability at any resort at all for your dates?

I haven't gotten an e-mail code (still hoping) but my dates are similar to yours in early June. This info is really discouraging!

We had a problem with our e-mail code too. At first I called CRO for them to look up my code since my husband deleted the e-mail. The CM found it, but said I needed the 3 letter code that the pin is converted to. Well I didn't know what that was and since I didn't have the e-mail the CM basically said 'oh well'. So then I found the e-mail in my husband's deleted mail (luckily it was still ont he computer) and called back, and this time they said that because the discount had already been accessed by the previous CM (who said I needed a letter code) that typing in my pin # wasn't working and I still needed this letter code. I spoke with a manager who was rather rude, said she couldn't help me and hung up. I called back and that CM was very helpful and said she thought she knew the letter code, and tried it, but said it wasn't working for the dates. She put me on hold to ask others, but came back without any luck. I then e-mailed Disney. I will be calling back soon to try again, and hopefully will have better luck. It seems like this e-mail code rate has some flaws in it or something as I've never had this problem before. My advice would be to try again and maybe things will open up. Best of luck!
 
Just to let everyone know, I called back and I got the days I wanted with the code. The CM I talked to was very helpful! So, GUESS WHAT! WE ARE GOING TO SEE MICKEY!!!! :jumping1:
