E-mail address for YC IPO

I need to get in touch with YC's IPO, as we have switched our reservation from AKL concierge to YC concierge. I want to make sure all of my PSs don't get cancelled. I made all of them before we decided to stay concierge, but AKL concierge told me there is a chance they could get cancelled, if they see us as cancelled in their system. I am hoping to avoid any problems with this switch.
