E-Mail Address for Guest Communications?

Hi!

Maybe one of you can help me out. I need an e-mail address for guest communications and/or Disney's Yacht Club at Walt Disney World. I was given an address when I called 1-407-W-Disney but I can't get it to work. Maybe I copied it wrong.
