You both should definitely report them to the ebay fraud unit; I have a perfect example of what the fraud unit can do - I once purchased what I believed to be a Prada coat - after I won the auction and e-mailed the individual, I got some rather strange news back from them that make me believe it was not authentic. I decided that I would rather risk getting a negative feedback than send the money and be sorely disappointed. About five days after that auction ended, I recieved an e-mail from ebay claiming that they had recieved several complaints from ebayers about this particular seller and were warning me that if I purchased this item it would be at my own risk - ebay suspended this individual's ebay account and I haven't seen any more counterfeit products being sold by this person.
