My kids are so far from perfect. I just like to write about them when they're being good!

Honestly, when I see glowing reports sometimes I think they're jokes (I tend to be kind of sarcastic at times) until I realize that maybe some people's kids are that perfect!

the threads that get me are ones like would you let your kid stay over night on ny eve and everybody is like no, never. We love doing crossword puzzles with our 17yo dd and our 19yo ds who stay home safe and sound. At 11 we'll toast the new year, staying up an hour past our bedtime since we're feeling a little wild, with a glass of hot tea with lemon.

My wonderful son announced tonight that he can burp the abc's, then did it (poorly, but he did it). Then my older girl said "That's cool." Honestly I think it's cool too, but it's still gross. It's 10:30, and my brats are awake... bed time is 8:30!They are gonna have wonderful school days on Wed.

The truth is, if you post about something bad your teen did then perfect parents of a 6 month old will slam you for not raising your child as well as they have.

Perfect? Ugh... My dd makes herself barf when shes upset. But other than that.........Oh, and my 4yo? He can burp the Abc's to, and could fart on command before he could talk. Yup, I'd say thats about as perfect as you could get!
