DVD players at BCV?

I was at AKL-Jambo this past weekend. We did not have a DVD player in our room. I called MS, they stayed that according to their documentation all studios should have DVD players. They called AKL directly talked with management, per management they removed the DVD players from the room cause their surveys are stating that most people do not use them. They will supply a DVD player upon request. We requested, had delivered and installed within the hour a DVD player, no questions asked.

I just love that "most people don't use it" argument.

Technically, I'm sure most guests don't use the Pack n Play or high chair...but they are very important to those that do use them.

And they're in every villa, not just "available on request". I wonder how many people, other than those say enough to read these boards, get to AKL, want to rent a DVD, but then notice they don't have a DVD, and figure the DVD would be useless. Or do you think everyone just knows that "DVD players are available upon request"?
