Hi,
I know that renters of our points, unfortunately for them, ultimately have no control. Ie. even if a contract is made, or money has changed hands that the contract is just a piece of paper. As is the confirmation letter in a sense. In that an owner, technically, in any of these situations a owner can cancel a reservation. And a contract, really when in comes down to it, is for trust and legally means nothing. I mean that is the bottom line. Correct? So here is the info I need:
Q: Does the use of paypal change any of this? I'm ignorant about PP and want to make sure that the above information is correct when you throw PP into the mix. I'm 100% confident that it doesn't change any of the above because we are not a "business". But just want to make sure that I'm not missing anything.
Thanks,
Lisa
