DVC'ers that have used the Grocery ordering at resorts??

Curious as to how many have used this service? There is a 5 buck fee....do you still tip the person that delivers them? Do you need to be in the room to accept them? Do they hold them at the bell service area? I am looking at the lists now for OKW AND BCV for our July trip. Thanks........

No need to tip as they deliver to your room whether you are there or not. They will put everything away for you so nothing spoils while your gone. We will continue to use the service instead of the area grocery delivery service. Hope this helps.

Thanks....are some of the items available in the small stores at the DVC resorts or should we plan on ordering? Thanks

It's my understanding that everything available to be delivered actually comes from the small stores at the resorts. So, if it's on the list you know that it is at the store. The prices on the list should be the same as the store, also. You're basically paying for them to pack it and deliver it without you having to make the stop and take it back to your room.
