DVC website thinks I am new and I can't get in

I am having trouble getting into the dvc website.

It won't let me log in as it says I have not used it before. I tried registering using my id number but can't seem to read my writing for the pin.

I will phone member service tonight, but just wondered if this has happened to anyone else. I have been using the website for since we joined in October 2004.

This has happened to me before as well Sue. I'm now having to go in under Tom's name. Which is really annoying as he never uses it.

Likewise. I now have to log in under DW ID. I'm wondering what will happen when her's becomes "unrecognised".

I can't seem to get in under either of our names but that could be because I can't read my writing!

Member services opens at 6 tonight so I will see what they say.

I have now managed to book my Palo reservation on the DCL website (I was having problems with that as well this morning but I have found out I was using the wrong number.

The lastest DVC e:mail said that they were upgrading the site and I wondered if it was because of that. Have any of you tried to log in today?

Sue ~ I tried to log in this morning using my name, no luck! Tried under DH's name, got in no problem.

I have now managed to log in.

Member Services told me to go into internet options, under tools and delete cookies. Turn the computer off for 15 mins and sure enough it now works.

It sure is good to be home.
