ok, so what's the trick to complete a modification on an existing reservation? I'm trying to add a day, I see the day available, but when I get all the way through the modify screens to confirm....I get slammed with the dwarves :(
 
That means there isn an IT issue and you need to call. I had it the other night but by morning it worked.
 
I recently had an issue modifying a reservation. I was adding a guest and kept getting dwarves at the last step. For me, the system had added a name and address for the second adult on the reservation, but no email or phone number. I switched it back to adult 2 having the same information as adult 1 and saved the information. Then, my modification (where I added the new guest) worked.
 
Update: I attempted about 5 times during the day too add the one night to my existing reservation and each time the last confirm gave me technical website error, the room would then be unavailable for about 30-45 minutes, so on attempt 6 when room came available again I went straight to chat to have my reservation modified, they also got technical website error but was able to escalate to IT team to get it resolved and I finally got my extra night added, chat for the win!
