That is exactly what I am looking for. I went on Chase's web and could not find anything about it. I want to embellish my card. How do add it on?

It's really easy. Just call the Chase customer service # on the back of your card. Let them know that you're DVC & would like that put on your card. If I remember correct, they'll ask for your member #, but that doesn't actually get put on the card. I think that's just so that they can verify you're really a member. Then they mail your new card out. I think it was a week, maybe two, to arrive.

Thank you! I called & the rep was very confused. I think she was new. But, we got our new cards over the weekend. Chase overnighted them to us! Yay!
