Hubby and I are doing a trip in Sept/Oct at BLT. I We are at 79 days and I know we can do our fastpass selections at 60 days. Will the my disney experience automatically at 60 days allow this with my annual pass? My AP is linked to the account so right now its only going up to one month for selections...just wanted to make sure that at exactly 60 days from ressie it will work. I know the mine train fastpass is a hot commodity .Does this make sense??:rotfl2:

From the 'MyMagic+ for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders' page:
If you are an Annual Passholder, you are also invited to plan 7 days of FastPass+ selections within any 30-day period—for 1 park per day. Your 7 days don’t have to be consecutive and you can plan for an additional day as soon as one of your existing days has passed.

You can choose up to 3 FastPass+ experiences per day up to 30 days in advance of your visit—so you can relax and enjoy the moment with your family and friends, knowing that some of your must-do attractions and entertainment are all set.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in. Plus, you may hold FastPass+ selections for up to 7 days or the length of your hotel stay—whichever is greater!

After you use all of the initial FastPass+ experiences on the day of your visit (or your arrival windows have passed), you can select one additional FastPass+ experience to use that same day (based on availability). The additional FastPass+ experience is a rolling FastPass+ experience—each time you use an additional FastPass+ experience, you can select a new one.

Additional FastPass+ selections must be made at a FastPass+ kiosk within the same park as the FastPass+ experience that you wish to select, and they can be made at a different park from your previous selections.

And yes it does work at 60 days with an AP. We found even at 60 days we just had to keep trying to get an FP+ for 7DMT. I think we got it for the second day of our trip.

Thanks..I know logistically that its 60 days. I was worried that the site would be confused bc of the annual pass and the DVC reservation

No, it worked perfectly for us in May. As long as you have a WDW reservation and a valid ticket, it works. One of my friends did not have an AP and she was waiting to buy her ticket, it knew that. By her name it said need valid admission (or something like that). So 2 of us could make the fastpasses, but not her. Once she got her ticket linked, we were able to make them for her. We still got everything we wanted at around 50 days, this was before Mine Train. I left a day early, I think they were able to get A & E for the last day.

Related question: if I buy a DVC AP voucher, can I link that to MDE via the will call number and begin making FP+ reservations *without* starting the 365 day clock for the actual AP?

Agree with DebbieB, our FP+ opened for us right at 60 days with our DVC reservation and the AP confirmation number I got when I purchased the APs.

I have an AP and DVC reservation, linked on MDE. I made my FP+ selections at 60 days with no problem. I have 7DMT twice during our stay and I got Anna & Elsa too. I did get up at midnight on the 60th day before our trip to get them, but I'm not sure that was necessary.

So if we don't buy our AP's or other tickets till the trip we can't do the FP in advance? you HAVE to have your vouchers already at the 60 day mark?

thanks

You need to have park admission linked to MDE in order to make advance FP+ selections.
