I have a renewal voucher linked to my account but couldn't book the AP one. I got through the queue and logged in and got stuck on the loading page with Woodie (tried several times / different devices)

Never got an email but with all the links I was able to get my reservation for May 9th. I tried to make 4 reservations at the 2:30 slot and it told me not enough availability but I made it for the last slot left at 3-3:30 if that helps anyone still in the queue.

My AP confirmed email went to my junk folder. I had to refresh the folder for it to show up, and it didn’t download the full message right away. Eventually it loaded and I was able to forward it to my better half for printing (plus it’s SO much easier to find things in my sent folder)

The external queue system they used for D23 & DVC worked SO MUCH better than the in-house one they used for AP.

I'm guessing the AP dates are the same as DVC so it won't matter to me since I arrive on the 20th, but I tried the AP route anyway. It asked for my AP # ...I don't even know where to find that ...LOL. I never got a card -maybe it's on an old email but I'm 100% digital ...it's in my Apple Wallet/Watch!

We are members with 4 kids and do not have a stay on points over the dates. Will we not be able to register all 6 of us then even if I get through? That seems crazy, they are all 12 and under, how can we leave 1 out?

I want to say "Welcome to Disney" , but I am with you on it being a bit sad. We are staying on points and have a group of 7. It doesn't matter, you get 5 or fewer.

AP has more dates than DVC.

So sorry! I was very surprised that there were only 2 DVC dates and they gave slots on those dates to AP also.

They have SO MANY more dates for AP than DVC. DVC dates did not work for me so I tried AP as a Hail Mary (even though we have not yet activated our passes) and was able to book the afternoon of May 20th.

check your spam. A lot getting it there.


I never got an email. Not surprised as we never got the email saying this was going to be happening at all. We won't be going but annoying to not be getting these emails. They have no problem sending us any other emails though.
