Your post has been edited to remove specifics, as "For Sale" posts are not allowed.

You might want to contact a resale broker for help deciding on a listing price or at least review the ROFR thread to see recent prices for contracts that have sold.

Also check out Time Share Store, Fidelity and the 2 other major resalers to see what the listing prices are right now just to give you an idea. If you are thinking of selling I would look into calling Times Share Store they are very low pressure and will give you all the information you need to list/sell your contract. They do charge 10% commission but it is well worth it! Good luck
