The timeshare store has a good reputation. Moreover, the contract is rather straight forward and I have not seen any hidden clauses. The cost of the transaction is specific,i.e. it explains contract sale price, timeshare closing fee, title examination, title search, etc. Bottom line is you need to be satisfied with your decision to purchase. If necessary you could have a lawyer review the transaction; however, that is a personnel decision. When I purchased I reviewed all the documents without my attorney's review. Good luck!
