No problems at all. Great experience. Several of us have used them, I haven't seen any complaints.
My transaction closed in record time actually, 35 days from offer to close. ROFR takes longer now, don't expect it to happen that quick. Scott K was our guy.
I am in the middle of closing my resale contract for VGC and they have so far been very smooth and responsive. First American is the Title Company and there seems to be a decent amount of hate/complaints with them being slow, but it is what it is. We're doing our best to kind of forget about it and let it runs its course and finish whenever it finishes.
DVCResaleMarket is very reputable. As with any company, experiences will largely depend on the agent you have. Mine actually never contacted me again after offer acceptance and initial contract signing. At that point, everything went thru their DVC Contract admin, and the contract admin I was working was good. She always followed up with me.
We have bought through DVCResaleMarket twice, mainly because they had the listings we wanted. Response was prompt and we negotiated fair prices (without playing ROFR chicken). The only trouble we had was getting the closing documents from the title company ***, both times; either false spam detection (odd since the sender was in my addressbook) or smtp transfer failure (more likely in my opinion).
We used them. They were great! I felt communication was very good. I got frequent email updates from them and everything moved faster than I thought it would.
I used them to buy my first and (so far) only DVC contract. It was a smooth experience. The agent was very responsive - I submitted my offer about 9am. By 1pm I was told that the seller had accepted. I’ll definitely use them when I’m eventually back in the market.

I actually just closed in 30 days through them. Used Attorney Sweets for closing and they were great.
If you search the boards, a few years ago there was a post listing reputable brokers. I think the only one on that list that seems to be a bit more difficult is fidelity. They have better prices but are slow. What I did was look through each of those reputable sites to see which one had the type of contract I wanted.
Have bought 3 contracts through them and everything went pretty smoothly. The last time, last year, the only hiccup was the Title Company, Magical Title Company, seemed that they were having issues getting things done.
