DVC / renting points / Magic Bands -- really?? anyone know??

Hi All,

I read online that "most everyone" now staying at certain Disney resorts (including AKL Jambo Villas) is now receiving Magic Bands in the mail to use during their stay.

Does anyone know if this includes those who are staying at the Villas on rented points?

We're booked for a January stay at Jambo villas, and can access that reservation via MyDisneyExperience.com. I've just bought our park tickets. And am hoping we'll get bands.

Whaddaya think?

And: Do you think it makes a difference that we're in Canada? Like, guests are receiving the bands via mail, but would they mail 'em to Canada?

Yes. They are only mailed to US address, so yours would be sent to the resort for pickup at check-in.
