I don't know if this is the correct place for this, but i am going to ask any way.

How does one go about renting points at any of the DVC's. Is it blind faith that the transaction goes smoothly? What is the better resort,when you have kids? What does it take to rent points are people willing to work with you on dates? please help!

Start by reading the stickies on the top of the DVC Rent/Trade board. That will tell you how, and how to reduce risk. It isn't blind faith, but it will take trust - think of it like buying from eBay or buying a used car. Which resort depends on what your kids and your family like. You will try and find an owner who has points good for when you want to travel - there is a lot of flexibility in when points are good for - but resorts book fast - you want to be planning more than six months in advance generally speaking - and sometimes a year plus.
