If I rent from a DVC owner, I know it includes extra magic hours & internal transport. Does it include magical express ? Thanks !

Yes! Just provide the owner your flight info and they will put in the request for Magical Express.

As long as you have a reservation number and it is in your name, you can just go online and make a Magical Express reservation here: https://secure.reservations.disney.go.com/ibcwdw/en_US/dme/dmeform
