DVC Rental, Adding Guests, DDP, Tickets and Magical Express Questions

Hello, need some advice please. I am doing a split stay, POP booked with Disney and then I'm renting DVC points.
I will be adding my son and his girlfriend to the DVC rental reservation soon. We will also be adding the DDP and Magical Express. Out of respect for the DVC owner, I want to do this all at once so not to make them have to call numerous times.
I'll already have park tickets, so he and GF will need tickets.
He has a Disney account and she is on his account.
Ok - question is this. I am assuming he orders his own park tickets via his own account.
When we add him to the DVC rental, should he use the confirmation number from the DVC rental to associate with his account so he can get Magic Bands etc?
Will we then be able to coordinate all our meals, fast passes?
I'm a bit lost as I've always had my kids on my own account and managed it together.
Any advise is appreciated.

He should be able to use the confirmation number to get the magic bands but you should check with the owner as to whether he can have them shipped to his address. As far as I know (I've done about five or six rentals), they ship the magic bands to one address.

You have to add each other to MDE to coordinate fast passes and meals (ADRS) under the friends and family section....that doesn't require the DVC owner.

Finally, have you asked the owner to put you on a three way conference call with DVC member services to add the dining plan so you can provide Disney with your credit card number? Or are you planning to provide them with a Disney gift card number to add the dining plan? There was another thread here or on MO about being uncomfortable providing a credit card number. See if your credit card company can give you a one-time use credit card number to pass onto the owner (or Disney in a 3-way conference call)

Yeah. All MBs for a reservation go to a single address, generally the lead guest.
