DVC-question I need an answer to.

When you enter into an agreement/price about a DVC, does the total price include taxes and resort fees? I've looked in the FAQ, and can't find the answer!

Example: After 80 points for BCV or BWV which equals out to $160 per night at $10 per point, is that the final price, or must I also factor in taxes and resort fees which will put me closer to the $200 per night price range?

If you are renting points from a DVC member, there are no taxes or fees.

There are no fees are taxes when you stay on points.

The price you pay per point is all it is.
