Hello to all my Dis friends!
It has been awhile since I have been online and checked in on the Dis. DH and I went on a vacation and left behind the computer and TV. Boy! that was really tough.
We did get together with some new friends of ours that we met when we were on vacation in July at WDW. Isn't it wonderful that we were able to hook up with some fantastic people at Members Day 2003? Well, since we got together and we have a true love of Disney....it didn't take much to start talking about the Disney Vacation Club. In fact, we are already in the works for a vacation for next year. Excitment has taken over us!
Listen to me raddle on......I hope that I can explain this well. If not, then sorry beforehand. Let's say that you purchased points and we all know that you have 40 years to use. A couple of years later you wish to add on more points and they come with 40 years to use, but those years go further then the orginal. Does it automatically go to the current add on years? Does this make sense?! Let me put it diffently: VWL purchased 2002 and expires 2042. ie SSR purchased 2004 expires 2054 . Does VWL and SSR change to expire in 2054?
Since we had gotten into such a deep conversation about this topic, I only thought I would get the real scoop from this board.
Thanks to those that understand me and can answer me without laughing.
