DVC Party September 3rd!

DVC is throwing a bon voyage part at Pleasure Island the night before the SS Member Cruise.

Here are the details from the e-mail we got yesterday.

• [*]When: Saturday, September 3, 2005, 4:00-6:00 pm
  [*]Where: Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island
  [*]Admission: Free!
  [*]

But here is the best part - it is open to all DVC Members who will be there that day.

Spread the word—the "Bon Voyage Party" is open to all Disney Vacation Club Members visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

So if you are visiting on September 3rd and of course all of those arriving early for the cruise - hope to see you at the party!

Diane - I'm thinking the same thing. We went to one of the Merry Member Mixers in December and had a lot of fun.

I was thrilled to get the announcement. We have 2 DVC vacations between now and the cruise, so I haven't been excited about the cruise particularly.

I'm ready to experience some magic! Right now, I'm correcting some math projects. Some of the students mixed up a shoe size 5 with a 5 inch foot, and that sort of mixed up their calculations!

We have our airfare, room, rental car, and now an invitation to PI! We've never gone to PI for anything other than shopping one afternoon 15 years ago, so I'm even expanding my horizons!

We (our party of 4 cruisers) just booked the early La Nouba with the discount so we can go directly to the show! This will be a great party day!
