I just tried to do online check-in and add a room request to the reservation, but it wouldn't let me. Have you guys been able to do that? AM I doing something wrong? Should I just call member services?
If there is enough time, you can also send them an e-mail with the request. That's what I do. A couple of days later they write back that the request has been added to my reservation but cannot be guaranteed etc. You know what they say about it.
