DVC Merchandise

To the best of my knowledge DVC Merchandise is only available at the DVC Resort gift shops. Most of us don't get to WDW often enough to make use of these shops but would still like to occasionally purchase a shirt, hat... Is there another way to purchase DVC merchandise? Could Mickey include something in the DVC magazine?

hi and welcome to the board: we've been wanting a website from disney offering this. it's nice to want, isn't it? some people have called the resorts' stores (okw and bwv) and purchased that way. now that vwl is open, i hear they have a decent selection as well. they may be able to take phone orders.

WDW has a mail order service, you can obtain the phone number by calling the central number at WDW. Last year, after a visit to WDW, my father-in-law asked us to get him some OKW glasses (the plastic glasses with the floating Mickeys and stars) on our next trip to WDW. My wife wanted to surprise him for father's day so I called the number for OKW, got transferred to the General Store and then to this WDW phone order person who after getting the correct stock number from clerk at the OKW store, mailed me the requested items. It took a couple of weeks.
I was charged the OKW selling price and the mail order service cost was $8.75 for the entire order.
I have been told that some cast members at the store may not be aware of this service or be very helpful, so be a little persistent and ask for the store manager. Good luck.
