I have purchased DVC items on Ebay. Sorry, I don't know of any other place.

You can try looking HERE. Disney sells all park and resort merchandise via mail order if you know what to ask for for. These are some items that have been spotted at resorts over the last couple of years.

No guarantees that items will still be available, though. Your best bet is probably with the DVC logo merchandise as that hasn't changed much in recent years. Resort merchandise comes-and-goes...and some reports suggest it will become even rarer in the near future.
