DVC Merchandise..response from DVC:

I emailed DVC regarding buying merchandise. I started a new thread because I wanted all to be sure to see their response to me.

Thank you for contacting Member Services.

At this time the only merchandise offered is what is found at each
Disney Vacation Club Resort. There is an offering of hats, mugs, polo
shirts, t-shirts, tank tops, windbreakers, towels and assorted
incidental items also. Disney Vacation Club appreciates your thoughts
and is always looking for new and exciting product for our Members.
Regrettably at this time there is no information as to when items will
become available online. When this does occur I am certain it will be
posted on the Member Website as well as Vacation Magic etc. so continue
to check these areas.

Gee, are they missing out on a whole lot of sales! Oh well....just wanted to let everyone know what I was told.

An online option would be great for gift giving and warehousing inventory. Prints should be available on line...would be a very easy option.

Thanks for posting the information! I still think DVC is missing a golden opportunity by not offering more (and better) merchandise as well as not offering anything to buy through the members' site. Not everyone can hop down to DW on a whim to buy things!!!

I would love to see DVC merchandise offered on line.
After you get home you wish that you bought a particular item.
Also great way to purchase for Birthdays and or Holiday gifts, too.

I totally agree! I am shocked that they don't offer sales through the members only site, or SOMETHING! I for one would buy from there multiple times. They really are missing out!

Seems DVC is slow on the draw with anything related to the Web. Online booking, checking availability, merchandise, etc.

When I'm out in 5 years or so they'll get it then.
