Is anybody else having trouble with logging into their DVC Members account?

I have already registered and now it's asking me to register again because this is the "first time I have visited". I've just done this. Went away then came back to log in again and it's asking me to register again because this is the "first time I have visited"!

I've had this problem from day one, Richard. Dh and I both got our PINs through when we closed - he was able to register and log in without a problem, but I've always had the messages you're receiving. I emailed, but got nowhere. I've always thought it had something to do with the fact that I was already registered with Disney websites and it asked me for my username and login when I first registered with DVC. I assume you've been able to log in OK in the past, though, and are just having this problem now?

I've resigned myself to logging in as dh, but it does irritate me.

It may be something to do with your browser.

On my MAC, I cannot access the site on Firefox but have no problems with Safari.

Seems that the DVC site does not recognise Firefox.

Just a thought...

Well, I've just registered using DW's ID etc and it's accepted her! She's chuffed. I'm miffed

....so I wonder why my Log-in doesn't work anymore?

If you are registered with Disney sites you can use that log-in for DVC as soon as you have used your pin - it works fine for me and you can update any details on all disney sites via DVC

I was fine up until last Friday (assumed DVC were doing an upgrade) but I haven't been able to use my ID since then. Obviously a dodgy cookie on my PC.

Are you going to a favourite page? If so delete it and go find the page manually via the Disney site and resave it. That should fix it. Disney do something weird occasionally!

I had to get mind all reset becauce I had the wrong birthday down
done it by following the contact e mail

I can log in but have been unable to access 'My DVC' for bookings/points etc for several days due to maintainence. This seems to have been going on far too long. Anyone else having trouble with this??

I'm glad to learn that other people have these problems.

I have never been able to log in as myself but my DW's login works just fine.

I have tried many different computers and configurations; I have tried spending several hours on the phone with tech people at member's services--nothing works.

When I try to use my own login it tells me that I can't register as new because I'm already in the system and that I can't login as me because I'm new. We go around in circles forever!

So, like UKDEB I've resigned myself to being known by my DW's name.

It looks like I'll have to stick with DW's log-in......until that fails!

I've just tried it and I can only log in under DH's log-in.

This is pretty annoying since there is no way that Tom would ever be logging in.
