dvc member website?????

I am a new DVC member. When I received my new member book it told me how to log on ( Kind of a generic login name and password) I think every uses the same one to get on. I just received my member cards in the mail. Should I be getting a user name and password now. Should it be seperate or do I continue using the GENERIC one that is in the member book. Thanks.

Everyone uses the same "generic" one, there are no individual id/passwords.

There is no personalised information nor way to personalise the site hence we all use the same generic id and password

i did the username/password and tried to log onto member services and it asked for my 12 digit member #.tyep that in,hit submit and.........'member # is inactive'.what's up with that?

It's going to take 4 to 6 weeks (if I remember correctly) to get 'uploaded' into the system to be able to sign up for the newsletters and such.

daddyojiggy I did the same as you for about two weeks after we got our member ID and it kept telling me it was not valid. Then, finally I tried again and it worked. If you are a new member as I was, perhaps it takes a couple of weeks for it to actually be in the system. I kept thinking I had the wrong numbers, but it matched my ID cards. It should work eventually for you. Good Luck!!
