Did they ask you for your membership number? They were making a big deal out of it like we were going to come back and keep trying to get them

We've never been asked for that except when calling MS.

When we picked up that magnet at HS in April they did ask for our phone # which they have asked for in the past.

Not gonna lie I love the lobby way way more than VDH and was jealous.

VDH could use some more artwork theming, the mural is cute but that’s about all there is lol Pixar Place looks great after its face lift! My husband was like why aren’t we stay here

I stopped by the member services desk at VGC during my stay in May and mentioned that I got an e-mail to stop by for a gift. They asked if I was a member (didn't show an ID/card), which I confirmed yes. They asked where my home resort was, and I said VDH, but staying at VGC. They said "awesome" and gave me a sling bag with coasters, stickers, and hats in them. I think they didn't have anything to show/sell me since I already own at VDH, so they just sent me on my way.

I am resale only and they gave me the Dumbo magnet at the members center only, not a swag bag

Honestly, I think as long as you are polite and open-minded, most reps would be happy to give you something in exchange for a quick chat even if it's not about new points. Like we briefly chatted about our next upcoming stay in WDW, didn't even mention the new towers, only asked where I'd be staying. I definitely wasn't expecting a whole bag full of items when I stopped by either.

Usually not. But just stop by and chat with them and ask if they have any goodies.
