DVC member split stay and making dining reservations at 180 days out

If you have two DVC member resort reservations running consecutively can you make dining reservations online for 10 days at 180 days out? Do you have to call DVC to do this?

Dining sees them as different so you do need to call MS to get their help in using the 180 timeline from the first stay.

Works that way for FP+ reservations, but not ADRs.
