DVC member service ticket sales?

I have to call and ask a few questions about my DVC. I also have some old expired ticket credit. I need to buy tickets for an upcoming trip. Can DVC Member Services help me with purchasing park tickets after I ask them my DVC questions? Or do I need to count on having to call ticket sales also and being on hold twice?

DVC can sell tickets, but I don't know if they can access credits from expired tickets.

For a second, I thought they were starting to sell tickets for the opportunity to speak with member services. I’d buy 3.

Most MS CMs aren't trained in handling ticket credits, etc., and I'd be hesitant to ask them to do it. I might ask them to transfer you to Ticketing after you finish handling the DVC issues, but I don't know that you'd spend less time on hold that way.

When I needed this, MS could not help me. I had to contact ticketing or do it in person.

Ok, sounds like maybe I will bring it up and see what they volunteer to do. But for sure I will call MS first. Gives me the best chance to have just one call
