Sorry if this has already been posted.

Got my mailing for the 2007 sailing today. The 4 night cruise is oct 21-25. They're doing things a little different then last year. They have a first booking of dec 2nd and a 2nd booking for dec 9th. I wonder how this will go over since didn't the cruise sell out quick for this years?

I don't know as I would pay extra for a DVC member cruise.

We just got back from a 4 night wonder, and somehow they knew we were DVC (we paid cash). We got DVC lanyards, 2 magnets on our door (life rings that said welcome home). Invite to a DVC member mixer (we didn't go). All sorts of goodies.

'05's was all booked during the one Saturday call in day.

06's sold out the same day also. By 4pm all cabins were booked.

I signed up for the lottery before I saw the points. YIKES! We have 150 points. The member's cruise would take more than 2 years worth of points.
I can stay at SSR for more than two weeks or take a four night cruise. I'll have to decline if I get an offer.

So do many, but it is of my opinion that they only want Adults with Money willing to buy more points! They have to sell off SSR in order to continue with DVC plans for VAKL, etc................
