DVC Member Card

I have not used my DVC Member Card in years. I have needed it on my stays at DVC Resorts. I am concerned I may have lost it, does anyone ever have a need for the card? Should/Can I get a new one?

I usually just use it for the discounts at restaurants at Disney. I lost mine once. I called Member Services and they mailed me a new one.

I have been asked for it for discounts - and more recently I've been asked more often. You should definitely request a new one be sent to you - it takes a while, I understand (I think they only do them in batches or something). You would definitely need it if you want to buy Annual Passes. You also will most likely need it if you want to go to the Top of the World Lounge @ BLT (if you are staying there on points).

If you don't have time to order one, you can go to the sales center at SSR and get one.

If you don't have an AP, you'll need it to get the TiW discount if you want the card.

Member services shouldn't have a problem mailing it to you. If you are at the Disney parks or resorts go to a DVC booth and ask. We were able to get one in less than 5 minutes at the DVC Tour Center at Saratoga Springs - same number on card.

We actually had to show our card at Aulani, at the guard gate.

I would call, I made a trip to SSR to get mine on my last trip and it took me 2 hours just to get there from OKW. I should have just gotten a taxi.
