DVC "Meet the Chefs" at Festival Center at 9:00 if entering thru IG?

Does anyone know whether the IG entrance to Epcot will open early for those of us DVCers signed up for the "Meet the Chef" at the Festival Center at 9:00? Otherwise, considering how slowly some of us need to walk, we won't get there until almost 9:15, missing almost half of it. That doesn't really seem fair, although it is a free DVC event. Anyone know or have reports within the first few days?

While not Meet the Chef, I've always been able to get in at the IG entrance, sometimes even before 9 am.

You have a reservation per say, maybe they would let you early like they do ADRs.
