DVC - How Many of the DVC resorts have you stayed in?

We are making final plans for our October WDW vacation, and just thought about how happy we have been with our purchase into DVC. We bought in November of 2003 and made our first trip as members in May of 2004, we were at SSR the week after it opened. We stayed in Congress Park and love the resort.

Feeling most fortunate to have been able to afford DVC, and how many enjoyable family vacations we have had. There is always a special kind of excitement as the vacation comes closer. After 10 years and numerous trips I can say that we still feel the "magic" and spirit of WDW.

Question - How many of the resorts have you stayed in. We have 4 under our belts (SSR, OKW, AKL, BWV). Of course, we hope to stay at them all, but 10 years in and we have done 4 so far. We dont like to switch during our vacations, so that has limited us. We will get them all I am sure.

We joined 1998. We have stayed at OKW,BWV,SSS,VWL,AKL,BLT. We have enjoyed them all but our favorites are AKL ,OKW and BWV.

The only DVC resorts left for us to stay in are BLT, GF, Treehouses, California Villas & Aulani. We did stay in Kidani but not Jambo. Looking forward to staying in all of them. We have enjoyed all of our stays and would not hesitate to go back to any of them.

We Joined in 2009 and have stayed in Bay Lake Tower, AKL Kidani, AKL Jambo, Boardwalk Villas, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Grand Californian and will be staying at Villas at Wilderness lodge in a month. Hope to be going to Aulani next year for our 10 year Anniversary. So we just have Vero Beach, Grand Floridian, Beach Club and Hilton Head to go.

Since joining in late 2009 we have stayed at all of the WDW DVC resorts multiple times except VWL and VGF. Would love to get those in some day.

We joined in 2009 and have stayed at AKV (both buildings), BLT, BWV, OKW, SSR, VGF, VGC, Aulani, HHI, and VWL. Two to go! Now the problem is finding time to go to the other two as we love many of the resorts we have already stayed out and want to go back.

We have stayed in all except Aulani, Grand Floridian, and California Grand Villas. We mostly love the Epcot area resorts for convenience.

We joined in 2008, and have stayed at SSR, Aulani, VGF and BCV. Now that I have retired we hope to be able to travel more in the off season so we can get into the others at the 7 month window. We are going in Jan and staying at AKL, then driving home by way of VB and HHI. Can't wait to explore new resorts. We loved every resort we stayed at!

Joined in 2005. The only ones we haven't stayed at are VGF, HHI, Vero. All onsite, Aulani and VGC. We like to mix it up and do split stays so will often visit 3-4 different ones in a year.

Question - How many of the resorts have you stayed in.

Our first DVC stay was in Sept 1998 as part of a DCL Land/Sea package. DCL put us up in a DVC BWV Studio unit and we took the tour! This was our first-ever glimpse at timeshare and while we were intrigued with the concept we didn't see a good fit for us at that time. Instead we bought into a different timeshare (closer to home! lots of locations! very flexible and a far better fit for us!) and started trading into DVC via exchange.

We bought our first DVC points in May 2004 with our first points-stay at VB later that year. We've stayed at 8 DVC resorts, listed in order of frequency:

• BWV (annually since Jan 2003 either by exchange or points)
• VGC (frequently)
• AKV (3x Jambo including Club Level; 1x Kidani with our second Kidani visit coming soon!)
• VB (a few times either by exchange or points)
• SSR/THV (1x into GV via exchange; 1x THV on points)
• OKW (1x)
• VWL (1x)
• Aulani (1x)

See myself never staying at Treehouses..just not my style. VGC is not likely, nor is Kidani. We just love Jambo! And VGF is on m bucket list.

At Disneyworld we have tree houses and Kidani left...visiting Jambo in December, stayed at the rest...loved each and every one

We've been to disneyland, just not the DVC and many, many years ago...42 to be exact...and I have no desire to go to Hawaii. Strange but true...not going to pay that much $$$ to sit on a beach, and I'm too old to be climbing volcanoes. Europe, yes, the Asia Disney's are also on my bucket list along with China. Just not Hawaii or any south sea islands.

Been to every WDW resort plus Paris and Tokyo, and both in California. Still need to do Aulani and Hong Kong. That being said....we started our visits in 1971. We've been able to do all these visits over many years...some as extensions of business trips (i.e., Paris and Tokyo).

We're booked on RCCL cruise, Vancouver to Hawaii next September. Will probably stop off in CA on the way home. We stayed in VGC this past June, it was so lovely, can't wait to return.

In Hawaii, I will meet Diser Mommytotwo! We've been playing Disboard games for 10 years now, and we'll get to meet! She lives near one of the cruise ports!
