DVC Guide question

I have a direct contract at CCV, a resale contract at BRV and am in the process of purchasing another resale contract at SSR. Both resale contracts have the same UY, the direct contract has a different one. I regret choosing a resale contract with a different UY (I bought direct first), but I was a little misled by the Resale sales guy on how it would work. Anyway. My question is, will my official DVC Guide be helpful in working out a way to combine points from all these contracts, even given the different UY for the direct one? I'm not asking them change any UY, just hoping for assistance in navigating a way to plan, book and utilize my DVC points as a total. I already had a bear of a time just using one of the resale contracts to borrow points going through MS.

PS: When I had a tough time with MS, it was NOT my official DVC Guide. I've never worked with him and just met him last month in person. I've made previous ressies without borrowing or only borrowed from my direct account. If any of that matters.

The only way to combine the points if they’re from different UY is to transfer from one membership to another, and that’s done by calling MS. The guides don’t do what you’re requesting, their area of expertise is selling points and would probably recommend calling MS to transfer points in order to combine the points for a single booking.

Also, know that the points that are transferred retain their home resort/UY properties. So, you can’t combine your BRV or SSR points to book at CCV at the 11 month mark.

Guides are only involved with the sales piece. They do not work for MS and thus won’t be of help for you to use points for trips.

So, you will have to navigate it yourself via the online system or call MS and have them help.

As mentioned, you can’t combine points for a single reservation without a transfer and once transferred, can’t borrow those points back.

Best thing to do is come here and get support on what you need to do and then try online yourself or call MS to help.

I have three different UYs and I just use them on their own. If I have to, I books some nights on one and some on the other. I then ask MS to link with a note saying we are the same party and to keep us in the same room.

So far, that is the best and I don’t need to deal with transfers.
