DVC Guest and Member Benefits - Grand Californian Viewing Platform

Hi all,

Former DVC owner who is now renting points.

This may have been a change from a long, long time ago, but I missed it. So recently, staying on points at Aulani, we did not have "member" printed on our key card. No biggie, I don't need shinny pool wrist bands!

But for our upcoming Grand California trip I was hoping to use the DVC World of Color viewing area when we check in. Does this area still exist for DVC? Will we be allowed up as folks staying on points?

While it’s in the DVC wing of the hotel that area is actually open to all guests of GC (hotel or DVC). Any GCH key card will work.

I second that. If you're just hanging out in the evening and want to go up there to kill some time, go for it. But you can't see much of the show.
