DVC Fees

I can't seem to find the fee breakdown by resort. Can someone post the information for me? I seem to remember hearing that Vero Beach is the most expensive, but I would like to compare them all. Thank you!

There is a dues table here: http://personalpages.tds.net/~rb/DIS/DVC/DVCDuesHistory.htm that also lists the annual increases. The table does not include AKV -- the 2007 dues there are $4.62 per point.

Yes, early VB buyers had their fees subsidized by the developer to defray ongoing costs until the entire resort was completed. When the decision was made not to build out the resort as originally planned, those owners continue to receive the subsidy, but subsequent buyers has no such assistance.

Some have reported that the subsidy does have an end date, but I've seen nothing provided by DVD indicating when that may be.
